About the role:
Are you passionate about driving business growth through exceptional customer engagement and technical expertise? Join our team as a Sales Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As our Sales Engineer, you will focus on:

  • Handle sales enquiries and order processing.

  • Continue to strengthen the relationship with existing accounts.

  • Direct customers visit/ contact and liaise/ follow up with customers.

  • Visit new customer and look for a new business opportunity.

  • To do site troubleshooting work when required.

  • Responsible for growing existing and new overseas markets.

  • Work closely with regional parties involved in promoting company services.

  • Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers.

  • Provide customers with technical advice and solutions for related applications.

  • Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meets

    customers’ expectation.

  • Maintain a well-organised record of customer database.

  • Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

About you:

  • Minimum Diploma / ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent OR minimum 2 years of sales experiences in the industry.

  • 2 years of sales experience in Marine shipyard or relevant will be an advantage.

  • Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.

  • Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency.

  • Site experience in marine shipyard industries preferred.

  • Preferable possess own vehicle with Class 3 driving license, but not mandatory.

  • Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.

  • Transport provided from Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT and vice-versa.
